Coach worked in close collaboration with our training staff to develop an exceptional leadership program for our mid-level and executive management teams. Coach’s holistic approach to leadership focused in part on the importance of good physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and how each contributes to and compliment the overall development of current and future leaders. In my mind, this training was essential in preparing our senior leadership team and equipping them with the skill sets necessary to take our agency to the next level…good to great.
